Label Rouge pâté from Lou Gascoun is a pâté made entirely from farmhouse pigs from the South West of France. All the products are composed of only fresh products scrupulously selected, and are without colorings or preservatives to keep the traditional taste. To be served chilled before or on February 22, 2014, spread on bread, toast or cracker. Ingredients: Throat, rind and porc liver, egg whites, onions, manioc starch, Armagnac (2%), salt, spices, sugar.
